The Princess Tapi Collection was created in 2007 by mEda. “Princess Tapi” was named after Tapi, her cat who passed away from an illness called FIP (similar to HIV in humans) in August 2002. We started off creating doll clothing and accessories in August 2007 and opened up the little Etsy shop, selling little accessories for Blythe and Pullip.  As mEda started to experiment more with sewing and pattern creation, the collection grew and www.PrincessTapi.com was created as an online catalogue of items that are sold out (but available for custom orders).   mEda soon added wigs to the collection and opened up the Princess Tapi Ebay shop to sell the wigs (since it is against Etsy’s policy to sell non-handmade items).  We have rapidly expanded in the last little while to provide Custom Clothing services as well as Custom OOAK Doll Creations. Our collections also feature unique and stylized pieces for Pipos Baha/Heero Kitties, ZuZu Delf, Alice Cherry Blossom and coming soon… Lati Yellow and Lati Blue (43cm MSD dolls).

The collection features unique and stylized pieces that are sweet and playful, sometimes naughty! Our goal is to provide our customers with items that are unique and stylized. That’s why most of our pieces are produced in limited quantities. We like to use high quality materials and we are not afraid to experiment with textures and fabrics. That’s what makes us so unique! We love to custom create clothing for our clients because that way you will get exactly what you want, and it will be totally personalized.
